Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage community discussions across various platforms related to blockchain, tokens, and Web3 technologies.
• Engage with community members to foster a positive and constructive environment.
• Address user inquiries and provide support on blockchain and Web3-related matters.
• Enforce community guidelines and policies to ensure respectful and productive interactions.
• Create and curate content that informs and educates community members about blockchain and Web3 topics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to relay community feedback and suggestions.
• Assist in organizing and promoting community events, webinars, and discussions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, news, and developments to provide accurate information to the community.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, tokens, and Web3 concepts.
• Proven experience in community management or moderation, preferably in the tech or blockchain sector.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to engage with diverse audiences and build rapport with community members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts diplomatically.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, forums, and community management tools.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for technology and innovation in the blockchain space.
