About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support the smooth and efficient operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring the office remains organized and productive.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments as needed.
  • Office Organization: Maintain office supplies by monitoring inventory and placing orders as required.
  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Record Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Task Coordination: Support various departments by assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure office equipment is in working order, arranging for repairs or replacements when necessary.
  • Event Coordination: Help plan and organize office meetings, events, and team activities.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training or certification is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attributes:

  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools or processes.
  • Must be based at Bali.
