Engineering, Integrations & Customer Facing 🤩

As a Software Engineer, Integrations Specialist, you’ll be working on integrations that are pivotal to Zinc’s growth. ⚡️

⭐️👉 Think 60/40 engineering to customer-facing work, blending deep technical challenges with the excitement of directly engaging customers and partners.

If you’re someone who loves solving complex technical puzzles, collaborating across functions, and building meaningful relationships, this role is perfect for you. Working closely with our Partnerships team, you’ll bridge technical and business worlds, delivering integrations that delight users and drive Zinc’s success.

🪴🛸The high ownership nature of this role means you’ll have the freedom to define how integrations are built and scaled. Even though it’s a solo position, it’s highly collaborative and social in its own way, connecting you with stakeholders across teams and external partners.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔧 Build Scalable, Future-Ready Integrations:

• Work on Greenfield projects, designing integrations with Zinc’s ATS and HRTech partners.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable APIs and webhooks that enable seamless data sharing between systems.
  

🤝 Be the Face of Technical Expertise:

• Lead onboarding and support for enterprise customers. You will be the go-to person for technical solutions.
• Partner with external teams to troubleshoot, enhance, and refine integration workflows.
  

💡 Shape the API Experience:

• Work directly with our Partnerships team to ensure Zinc’s API is user-friendly, well-documented, and delivers value.
• Influence the API roadmap with feedback from partners and customers.
  

🌟 Collaborate Across Functions:

• Liaise with internal teams, from Product to Engineering, to prioritise integration development.
• Drive alignment on solutions that balance technical feasibility, customer needs, and business goals.
