The Role 💼
The Associate Account Management is a brilliant opportunity for someone early on in their career to break into an exciting commercial role in a high performing team. You will provide dedicated support to some of our smaller accounts or those on PAYG contracts. You will provide a high quality experience for our customers.

- Manage the customer inbox responding to our customers needs.
- Ensuring our customers maximise their use of the Zinc platform
- Resolution of customers issues, prioritising providing a delightful customer experience
