At mesha, we’re building the financial stack for web3

As mesha’s lead Product Manager, you’ll play a critical role in defining product strategy and culture at the team. You will work closely with various teams to create revolutionary new products that bring web3 to the masses.

What you'll be doing:

• Own product development from conception to launch
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and cross-functional teams
• Define and analyze metrics to guide product development & measure success
• Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision

What we look for in you (i.e., job requirements):

• 3+ years of B2B fintech Product Management experience
• A track record of building exceptional products that delight your users
• Outstanding interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
• Analytical, prioritization and problem solving skills
• Previous experience working in software product management (ideally B2B)
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• An ability to lead projects affecting many functions, including product, engineering, and support.
• Experience collecting both internal and external customer feedback and requests, synthesizing feedback, and being able to put yourself in the user’s shoes to understand their requirements and challenges
• Deep technical expertise - be able to read JSONs, understand APIs and postman
• SQL
• Passion for crypto/web3
