As the Lead Engineer, you will work closely with the founders and the engineering and product team.

Your responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

• Help grow and lead the engineering team
• Lead by example by writing fantastic code yourself, bring in best practices
• Pair program with other members of the team to unblock them
• Ensure code quality by regularly reviewing (Pull Requests)
• Be able to problem solve with the team and come up with innovative tech solutions
• Improve existing infrastructure to best-in-class
• Have working knowledge on security issues and be able to solve them

You will be a great fit if:

• You have at least 3+ years of experience in scaling a fast growth tech company from 0 to 1
• Are passionate about keeping up to date about AI
• Deep experience with React
