The Founders and backers are global VCs and internationally recognised leaders in this space. You will work directly with them and they will invest time to teach and support you.

The Role

As our Product Manager you will create clarity for the engineering teams and others in the business by synthesising the needs of the customer and the business into a product roadmap for delivery. This person is a key communicator in ensuring thorough understanding of the market and customer needs.

The role reports initially to the Chief Product Officer and you will be working with both senior leaders and a capable team of engineers in a highly-collaborative, remote-first environment based in NZ.

Key considerations for the role:

  • Solving a problem for an eager group of customers in a rapidly expanding market
  • Top-shelf engineering team with well-established delivery practices and a cutting-edge stack
  • An emerging product strategy and go-to-market strategy with plenty of space to help shape it
  • A role right in the heart of the Web 3 and FinTech ecosystem

    • Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure we have clear, tested value propositions for customers and the business that are agreed in Product Governance and drive accepted commercial outcomes.
  • Have a strong understanding of our partners and their end user communities: who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria: developing and evolving ideal partner profiles and archetypal ideal end user profiles.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining the three-year roadmap for our products to illustrate our vision and plan into the future.
  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Market Expansion and Customer Success to ensure our product strategy and roadmap is enabling every team to succeed.
  • Contribute to planning of launches of new products and features, launches of integrations through new partners, and releases of existing products, collaborating with team members at partner clients as needed.
  • Ensure we are collecting and analysing feedback from partners and end users.
