**Position Overview:**We are seeking a talented Product Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team and lead the design efforts for Haraka’s solution. As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining the overall product experience, from concept development to final implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets both user and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire product design process, from design conception to final implementation, for the Haraka MVP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product goals and requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate design concepts and facilitate product development.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all product touchpoints, including the user interface, user interactions, and visual design elements.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience as a product designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work and contributions to successful product launches.
• Expertise in UI/UX design principles, user research methodologies, and product strategy.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience working with Web3 technologies and an understanding of blockchain concepts is required.
