Cudo Compute & Cudos are at the forefront of decentralised cloud and Web3 infrastructure. We are seeking a Developer Relations & Growth Manager to build and scale developer engagement, community adoption and growth marketing efforts across Cudo Compute & Cudos. This role is critical in driving developer advocacy, building community programmes and optimising acquisition strategies for AI Compute & Web3 infrastructure.

✅ Developer Engagement & Advocacy

• Act as the face of Cudo Compute & Cudos to developers, Web3 builders and AI/ML researchers.
• Develop and manage technical content (tutorials, blogs, documentation) to drive adoption.
• Engage with developer communities, GitHub, Discord and conferences.

✅ Growth Marketing & Adoption

• Launch growth experiments, SEO strategies and community-driven initiatives to increase adoption.
• Implement referral programmes, incentives and hackathons to attract developers.
• Work with Product Marketing to create targeted campaigns for Web3 & AI Compute segments.

✅ Partnership & Influencer Marketing

• Build relationships with Web3 and AI influencers to promote Compute & Web3 infrastructure.
• Partner with Fetch.ai, NVIDIA, ASI and AI research groups to expand reach.
• Leverage third-party API integrations to drive adoption and product stickiness.

✅ Data-Driven Execution

• Use analytics tools to track developer engagement and adoption.
• Work with CRM and sales to optimise onboarding, activation and retention.
• Identify key metrics for developer success and growth.

🔹 3+ years in Developer Relations, Growth Marketing or Developer Community Management

🔹 Strong understanding of Cloud Computing, Web3 and AI/ML developer ecosystems

🔹 Experience with growth hacking and data-driven campaigns

🔹 Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with developers and engineers

🔹 Proficiency in community platforms (GitHub, Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

🔹 Ability to create technical content, tutorials and run developer workshops

⭐ Experience with LLMs, AI inference and GPU Compute

⭐ Strong network in developer communities, Web3 and AI research groups

⭐ Experience in partnership co-marketing and influencer outreach
