As an Intermediate level Quality Assurance Engineer you will help drive quality practice, set culture of accountability across Futureverse and will influence testing practices to improve quality.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Engineering team on building testable products from the initial stages.
• Work with Engineers on implementing e2e tests.
• Work with Product teams to identify risks early in the lifecycle and implement safeguards.
• Identify external/internal security risks in traditional and web3 applications to take preventive action.
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate testing activities.
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
• Enhance efficiency by identifying and automating regression test cases to minimize the time and resources required for regression test runs.
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
