Agoric is an open-source software development company bringing better security and composability to the decentralized financial infrastructure of today. Agoric is built on a JavaScript library of reusable, composable components coded by experienced community members. Our secure JavaScript smart contract platform allows developers to rapidly build secure applications on top of an ever-growing collection of reusable governance, lending, and trading components.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to fill the role of Executive Admin / Home Office Support. This hybrid role involves providing comprehensive assistance to two executives, overseeing the smooth functioning of our 3-person home office (CEO, COO, HR). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You must be local to the Bay Area and willing to work in the home office (Belmont, CA) on a daily basis.

What you will be doing

  • Executive Support: CEO + COO
    • Assist two executives with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
    • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
    • Handle expense reports and reimbursement processes for executives.
    • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Home Office Support:
    • Serve as the central point of contact for the office, handling inquiries, phone calls, and correspondence.
    • Order/prepare lunch/dinner for executives as needed
    • Maintain a clean kitchen (dishwasher, countertops)
    • Ensure the office is well-equipped and organized, including ordering supplies (including food, snacks, beverages) and maintaining office inventory (with cost efficiency).

What we look for in you

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in executive support and office management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Doc, Sheets, Slides).
  • Exceptional time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
